Vegetable Man Tea Blend

from $5.25
The Vegetable Man Tea Blend is a grassy green tea blend with a hint of raspberry and notes of lemongrass. Calming herbs like mugwort, St. John's Wort and gingko leaf help relieve mild anxiety, and raspberry and gingko leaf are both high and antioxidants. The Vegetable Man Tea is the perfect start to your day, or a wonderful pick-me-up to help you through that afternoon slump.

The Vegetable Man has only been seen once, by a hunter near Fairmont West Virginia in the late 60s. The story goes that while hunting in the fall of 1968, Jennings Frederick heard a high-pitched whirring sound. Frederick tracked the sound and stumbled across a 7-foot-tall humanoid in the woods. The creature looked like it was made of vines and vegetation, with fingers that appeared to end in some kind of thorns. It was slumped up against a tree and made no move toward the hunter. Frederick looked into the Vegetable Man's eyes, which oscillated between reds and oranges, and realized he could make words out of the whirring noise it was making. Its eyes put him into a daze and the creature told Frederick that it came in peace and was injured. It repeated similar phrases like it needed medical attention and it meant no harm, and before Frederick realized what happened, the creature embraced him and pierced his sides with its thorn-like fingers and started draining some oof Frederick's blood. As quickly as it happened, everything stopped and Frederick watched the thing run up the hill and disappear over the ridge. He then heard a loud boom, which he assumed was the creature's craft taking off. The Vegetable Man was truthful and didn't mean Frederick any harm, he was just a little woozy from the blood loss, but was otherwise totally fine.

Be sure to ask your doctor before ingesting any herbs you're unsure about! Mugwort andgingko leaf aren't safe for pregnancy, and excessive amounts of St. John's Wort can interact with SSRI medications. Substitutions can be made, just send me a message to give me a heads up!
