Hill & Holler & Sustainability

This business truly believes in leaving this planet better than we found it. We do hours of research to come up with the most sustainable and cost-effective solutions for our products. After all, what is sustainability if it’s not accessible to the average consumer? What good is industrially compostable packaging if the nearest facility is hundreds of miles away?

We also prioritize workers’ rights to make sure we aren’t exploiting anyone’s labor to create our products. As a West Virginian whose family fought for labor rights in the Mine Wars, I understand how the working class is taken advantage of, but Hill & Holler refuses to take part in the cycle of exploitation. After all, climate action is intersectional, and impoverished communities, especially those of color, are the most likely to be affected by the climate crisis.
